We want you to love your Kiara Sky products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, professional liquids and powders must remain in their original sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fasten it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
